datapos is now fully compatable with the Integra csv price feeds.

And to make things even easier, we have created all the import templates for you, and created this little guide to help you along.

1. Download the ispc file by clicking here

2. Import it... select option 7.1.1.6 from the main datapos menu. Click on the browse button to locate the ISPC file, then click on import

3. Download the main import template by clicking here. Un-zip this file

4. VOW or SPICER? Next decide who is your 2nd supplier. If Vow is your second supplier, download the Vow template here. If Spicer is your second supplier, download the Spicer template here. Un-zip this file too.

5. Visit the Integra site and download the csv for your chosen main supplier.

6. lets start importing!

6.1 select option 7.1.1.1 from the main datapos menu.

Click on browse, and locate the csv file you downloaded from Integra.. click on next

Click on load, and located the main supplier template you downloaded in step 3. Click next.

Because you are using a pre made template, datapos will now skip a few steps, and take you to this screen.

Nothing for us to do here... so click on next.

Still nothing for us to do.. just click next again.

Click on import... datapos will now import the details for your main supplier.

7. Do step 6 again, but this time when you asked for your template, select the template you downloaded in step 4

8. All done..!

You can now find your products in several ways...

From any selection screen or on the stock input screen, type in the catalogue number. You can also hit the cross ref button, and enter the ordercode of either Spicer or Vow.
