datapos now has the ability to produce datapost notes!. These notes can be sent to any datapos user, and will automatically appear on the desktop. Once viewed, they can be moved around and cascaded to take up less desktop space. datapost notes are the ideal way to make sure that you dont forget anything, or to make sure that another user gets the message!.

datapos now includes the ability to send sms messages.
The new screen (located at menu option 9.8) is able to send to multiple recipients, and will even store messages for easy retrieval and use.
Messages can also be sent from within the customer,supplier and job screens. Sending from within these screens will automatically send the correct mobile phone number to the sms sender.
